About Chrys
Chrys is proud to be a practitioner of yoga for over a decade now. Growing up as a performer (both as an actor and dancer) and a competitive athlete, his introduction to yoga at a young age was to eliminate and protect injuries and to tend to scoliosis.
Chrys decided to become a yoga instructor, not only to spread yoga, but to truly become the best student that he can be. He is also a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga teacher. He is currently studying Anusara Yoga and under the process to become an Anusara-Inspired teacher. His yoga practice has brought him to Guatemala, El Salvador, Montreal, New York City and most recently to India, training at the Himalayan Iyengar Centre. Having a degree in Enviromental Studies, he love the combination of an Eco-Store and Yoga Studio that Green Lavender brings to Toronto.

Favourite Asana: Janu Sirsasana (Head to Knee pose). It gives such an opportunity to fold into yourself and go deep, while finding beautiful expansion in your hips.
Interesting Fact: Chrys is a photographer at heart. Documenting his life journey through photography.
