What should I bring?
Wear comfortable and breathable clothing. Layering clothing is suggested, as the body will build heat during practice, and cool down quite significantly for closing meditation or savasana.
Students are also encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, though Eco Mats are available for purchase at our Eco Store.
I am not flexible enough to do Yoga, can I do Yoga?
Of course! All the more reason to practice. Yoga develops both suppleness and strength, which are equally important components to cultivate.
Should I eat right before class?
It is recommended that you do not eat a heavy meal 2 to 3 hours prior to a class. Also, hydrating prior to class is a good idea. However, drinking large amounts of water during class is also not recommended as Yoga is about building heat in the body.
Do you sell bottled water?
We do not sell bottled water. We have filtered water and encourage the re-usage of BPA free bottles. We carry a wide assortment of Kleen Kanteen stainless steel bottles for purchase.
Do I need to register before my first class?
No, we have a drop-in schedule (unless specified otherwise). First timers, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to register (all other students to arrive 10 minutes prior to class).
Please enter through the front door of our Eco Store, the Yoga studio is located at the rear.
Please keep voices low in the studio.
