Come one, come all!

Beginners

For beginners, those who have little to no prior experience with Yoga postures (asana) and would like to learn the basics and fundamentals.

Advanced-Beginners – Intermediate

This is a mixed level class, and suitable for those who have some experience with yoga postures and would like to challenge themselves with more intermediate poses.  Appropriate modifications are provided for both beginner and intermediate practitioners.

Intermediate

For those who have previous experience with yoga postures and would like to be challenged with more advanced poses.
